Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the performance of assigned market and advice the respective colleagues accordingly
• Monitor regular sales growth of assigned market and immediately address any decline in sales
• Coordinate with the interfacing departments to ensure necessary support for all the regions
• Formulate strategies to develop junior colleagues as well as market/territories/regions
• Propose plan and implement rearrangement of region, Sales District and Sales Group
• Visit credit customers to check their feasibility and outstanding and monitoring the total outstanding assigned market
  

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 35 years
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience is preferable
• Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well conversant with MS Office

  Education

  • MBA & Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
