Responsibilities & Context

SQUARE Pharmaceuticals PLC has announced a new job circular for the position of Executive in the Internal Audit Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking a career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system
• Evaluate all the approved standard policies/procedures of the different departments
• Examine books of accounts, actions, activities and procedures to find out the existing strengths and weakness and subsequently recommend for corrective actions
• Check inventory management of SQUARE Group
• Audit overall activities of various Depots located different parts of the country
• Perform prepayment audit & post payment audit
• Conduct audit on overall activities of various departments
• Conduct investigation and Attend negotiation meeting as per management requirements
  

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 30 years
• 2 years’ experience in related field is mandatory
• Good communication skill
• Well conversant with MS Office
• Willingness to travel frequently

  • MBA / MBS / M.Com and CA (Certificate Level)/CMA (Intermediate Level-I)
