IT Consultants PLC. is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, a deep understanding of the latest technologies, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design implementations.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to improve application performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our web solutions remain current and competitive.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Participate in the planning and execution of agile development sprints.
  

Additional Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, NextJs, Angular, Vue.js).
• Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of web development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Certifications related to web development and project management.
