Job Summary:

TAT (Technical and Administrative Training) is seeking diligent and responsible individuals for the position of Office Support Staff. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining office operations, assisting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and eager to support the daily functions of the office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Manage and organize office supplies and equipment.
• Provide support to office staff by delivering files, paperwork, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of office premises.
• Assist with administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents.
• Support in organizing meetings, arranging appointments, and managing schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: SSC (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of office software and equipment is a plus.
