Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up depot & dealer wise undelivered and communicate with the depot.
• Analyze depot physical stocks, short/excess inventory and take necessary actions.
• Find out slow and nonmoving items and give appropriate disposal.
• Arrange & monitor special delivery.
• To identify delivery-related problems like small DO, unloading delays by the party, wrong DO, receipt by the dealers, etc.
• Coordinate with sales and work as per feedback.
• Preparation of reports as asked by management.
• Give necessary disposal of distributors returns & various damages.
• Visit to Party.
• Supervise depot racking/stocking and compliance of FIFO method.
• Ensure compliance of all policies and guidelines.
• Check mails & SMSs and reply. 
• A/C statement UpToDate.
• Stock maintain with ERP & excel. Reconciliation all issue & receive. 
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 38 years

  • MBA / MBS / M.Com and CA (Certificate Level)/CMA (Intermediate Level-I)
    
    

Experience

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Toiletries
